These lightweight radio/headsets operate on the newly released 1900 MHz band created by the FCC for crystal clear voice communication only! This means that ComStar is the free from all outside interference including microwave, internet, scoreboards and other wireless headsets that operate in the congested 1.9 GHz non-licensed band.
