Andy Stefanelli
Our Lady of Good Counsel HS

Working with Bob Milloy, the all-time most successful football coach at the Lady of Good Counsel HS, provided Andy Stefanelli with a lot of his knowledge of the game. Since taking over for Milloy in 2017, Stefanelli has made effective use of that experience. He guided the Falcons to the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference title two years later. They were ranked No. 1 by The Washington Post and No. 11 nationwide by MaxPreps after finishing the season 9-3.

Bill McGregor

Head Coach Bill McGregor has been a living legend at DeMatha Catholic High School for the past 33 years. Coach McGregor has been the head football coach of the varsity team for 33 years, but his relationship with DeMatha dates back to the 1972–1973 academic year, when he joined the staff. McGregor is fourth all-time among the greatest high school football coaches in Maryland history with 294 victories as a varsity football coach. 17 Washington Catholic Athletic Conference championships have been won by DeMatha Catholic High School. Coach McGregor has received numerous regional and international honors over the course of his illustrious career.

Carlos Lynn

In his 15 years as a head coach, Lynn has a career record of 90-75, nine at Arlington Seguin from 2008 to 2016 and seven at Cedar Hill from 2017 to 2022. Lynn has spent the last six seasons at Cedar Hill and was named Cowley High School’s Head Coach in January 2023. One of the most well-liked coaches in the state, Coach Lynn has developed a number of his assistants that are now productive head coaches all throughout the state. For the 2020-2021 season, Lynn elevated his team to the Texas 6A Division II UIL State Championship game.

Jason Negro

Since 2010, Head Coach, Jason Negro has led his alma mater, St. John Bosco High School to a record of 203-29-1. With a program consistently atop the national rankings, Negro was named CalHi’s 2019 Coach of the Decade, and MaxPrep’s 2019 National Coach of the Year. The 2022 season was an impressive season for Coach Negro to say the least. Negro led his team to victory by winning the State Open Division Title game, was placed first in National rankings, and named 2022 High School Football America Coach of the Year.

In his first 5 years as Head Coach at Jenks High School, Keith Riggs and his staff have accumulated a record of 52-11. More impressive Riggs was on the Trojan sideline for seven state championships (2003, 2006, 2007, 2012-2015).

Rodney Webb

Webb’s career record is an impressive 160-78 with much of his success coming across town at Rockwall High where he led the Yellow Jackets program from 2013-2019, he led RHS to a state semifinal appearance in 2019, a regional final appearance in 2015 and a regional semifinal in 2014. Coach Webb who is a native of Garland got his first shot to be a head coach in 2000 at Ruidoso NM before coming back to Texas in 2003 at Royse City. In his second year he led the Bulldogs to a state semifinal appearance in Class 3A. In 2006 and 2007 his Royse City sqaud’s posted a combined 22-3 record and Webb was one of the hottest names in Texas coaching.

With an overall record of 113 – 43, Head Coach Ryan Thompson and his staff have consistently cultivated a high caliber program at Ashland-Greenwood High School. Over the last 14 years, Thompson and his staff have guided teams to two state championships.
