Sideline Power Acquires EVS: Same Trusted Towers, More Support Than Ever

Sideline Power Acquires EVS Endzone Video Systems to Expand and Strengthen Its Industry-Leading Football Technology Lineup

Acquisition keeps the trusted EVS quality while adding hands-on customization, expanded support, and central U.S. operations.

GREENWOOD, NEB. (January 28, 2026) — Sideline Power, the nation’s leading provider of coaching communication and sideline technology, is proud to announce the acquisition of EVS Endzone Video Systems, a respected name in endzone tower manufacturing and football video solutions.

For over 25 years, EVS has earned the trust of football programs across the country with its durable, easy-to-use endzone towers and small-business dedication to customer service. With this acquisition, Sideline Power will continue offering the same high-quality EVS towers that teams have relied on for years, while expanding production capacity, customization options, and customer support.

“We’re thrilled to officially bring EVS into the Sideline Power family,” said Matt Starr, Founder and CEO of Sideline Power. “We’ve carried EVS towers for a long time and have always been impressed by their quality and reputation. This move allows us to take a more hands-on approach to production and support while maintaining the same craftsmanship that made EVS great.”

To ensure a smooth transition, current manufacturer Chad Walling, will remain involved during the first year. His continued partnership will help preserve the trusted processes and relationships that EVS customers have come to appreciate.

Sideline Power will relocate EVS operations to Nebraska to create a more central location for shipping and service. The move will help improve efficiency and improve delivery times for customers nationwide. Despite the relocation, very little will change for existing EVS customers and dealers. The same great products, service, and vendor relationships will continue as before.

“We want EVS customers and partners to know this isn’t a takeover that changes everything. It’s an opportunity to build on what already works,” Starr added. “Sideline Power will be able to bring added resources and expertise to keep growing and supporting football programs everywhere.”

Adding EVS Endzone Video Systems strengthens Sideline Power’s position as the one-stop shop for football technology, joining a lineup that includes headsets, drones, sideline speakers, replay systems, and other essential tools for coaches and teams.
