Terms and Conditions

Payments Sideline Power LLC accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Purchase Order / Check
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Discover
  • American Express
  • PayPal

All payments must be received and approved prior to order fulfillment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within certain states. Orders shipping within those states will be charged the applicable sales tax in accordance with state law.

Returns & Exchanges

Returned merchandise must be in its original, unopened packaging and is subject to the following conditions:

  • No refunds will be issued on electrical items, special orders, or items returned more than 10 days after purchase.
  • Returns will not be accepted without a valid Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
  • Exchanges are only permitted for items that were incorrectly shipped.
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to non-defective returns.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned items must be received within 14 days of RMA approval.

Fees

All applicable fees will be applied to non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for Free Shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Order Changes

Order changes may be requested only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact Sideline Power LLC during normal business hours to request any changes.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from suppliers, Sideline Power LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products. This applies whether or not the order has been confirmed or a credit card has been charged. If a charge has already been processed, Sideline Power LLC will issue a credit in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or an offer to sell. Sideline Power LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any order at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to limit quantities or supply less than the amount ordered without prior notice. All orders exceeding $2,000 USD may require pre-approval and an acceptable method of payment as determined by our credit and fraud prevention procedures. Additional verification or information may be required before an order is accepted.

Customer Information

Any customer information, including email addresses, collected by Sideline Power LLC will be used solely for order processing and customer service purposes. Customer information will not be sold, rented, or transferred to third parties. Sideline Power LLC may periodically communicate with customers via email or electronic newsletters. If you wish to opt out of these communications, please email Sideline Power LLC with “Remove from Email List” in the subject line.

Security

Security is a top priority at Sideline Power LLC. All online transactions are processed through secure servers and encrypted using 128-bit encryption technology. Payment information received online or by phone is accessed only by authorized personnel and handled with the highest level of security and confidentiality.

Sideline Power respects your privacy. When you opt in to receive SMS (text) messages from us, we collect your phone number and any information you provide during communication.

We use SMS only for customer service, order updates, and service-related communication. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
